You can permanently delete your JABAM account and all associated data at any time, for free, without justification.
Option 1 — From the iOS app (recommended)
- Open the JABAM app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to "Delete my account".
- Confirm.
Deletion is immediate upon confirmation.
Option 2 — From the website
- Sign in on jabam.fr.
- Go to Profile.
- Use the account deletion button.
Option 3 — By email
If you cannot access your account, email privacy@le2mholding.com from the email address associated with your account, subject "JABAM account deletion". We process the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your email / phone, display name, avatar
- Your personal stats (games, wins, scores)
- Your invitations, notifications, auth tokens
- Your APNs push token
- Your Premium status (past payments are not refunded, per the Terms)
What is kept (anonymized)
- Games you took part in are kept in anonymized form to preserve other players' history (your name is replaced with "Deleted player").
- Accounting data related to Premium payments is kept for 10 years (legal obligation).
iOS Premium subscription
Deleting your JABAM account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription. To stop billing, also cancel it in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → JABAM Premium.
