These terms govern the use of JABAM, a Petit Bac game service published by LE2M Holding, available on jabam.fr and the iOS app "JABAM". By creating an account, you accept these terms.
1. Service description
- Real-time multiplayer: create or join a game by code, play rounds with categories and letters, vote on answers, view results.
- Solo AI: play alone against an AI assistant that proposes and verifies answers.
- Statistics, game history, leaderboard.
2. Account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- One account per person.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- Display name and avatar must not be offensive, misleading or impersonate someone else.
3. Player conduct
The following is prohibited:
- Insults, hate speech, harassment, sexual or violent content in answers, votes, display names or avatars.
- Cheating, automation, exploiting bugs, vote manipulation.
- Distributing illegal content, infringing third-party rights.
- Unauthorized access attempts to JABAM systems or other players' accounts.
Any violation may result in warning, suspension or permanent deletion of the account, without refund.
4. Premium
4.1 iOS Premium (Apple StoreKit)
In-app subscriptions and Premium purchases on iOS are handled exclusively by Apple via StoreKit. Payment is charged to your Apple account at the price displayed at purchase time. Management, renewal and cancellation happen in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple's policy.
4.2 Web Premium (PayDunya)
On the website, Premium is billed via PayDunya, one-time or recurring depending on the offer.

Fair play: rewarded ads offered to free users provide no competitive advantage (no bonus points, no hints affecting the score). Rewards are cosmetic or comfort-only (e.g. extra play time outside ranked games).
5. Advertising (free iOS users)
The iOS app displays Google AdMob ads to non-Premium users (banner and rewarded). You can manage your ad consent in the app at Profile → Privacy & ad consent.
6. Intellectual property
The JABAM name, logo, design, code and editorial content belong to LE2M Holding. The answers you submit belong to you; by submitting them you grant JABAM a non-exclusive, free license to display them as part of the game and produce aggregate statistics.
7. Availability, liability
JABAM is provided "as is". We strive for maximum availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our liability is limited, to the extent allowed by law, to the amount paid for Premium in the previous 12 months.
8. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete my account in the app, or via the Delete my account page. We may suspend or terminate your account in case of breach.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Ivorian law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Abidjan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence.
